InterMed SoCal was founded in 2013 by Tim Biby with a simple mission statement: Do the right thing every day for our customers, patients, staff, coworkers, manufacturers, and family while continuing to meet our annual goals for personal and professional development.
Mr. Biby started the company after 15 years in medical sales and management with Roche Labs, Medtronic, Synthes, and Zimmer Biomet. During his years as a Synthes Trauma Consultant Mr. Biby formed his vision for a medical distribution company that would focus on innovative companies,
including start ups and small niche market contributors, while providing excellent field and staff support. Internal staff and field representatives’ quality of life would be paramount to company growth and development as well as employee retention.
